Really worth the price, was not too pricey, and the room was cosy. Toilet even had a small bathtub. I liked the bed and pillows, but it's considered the harder kind. No noise from other rooms and staff are very friendly. If you have troubles at the robot counter, you can always use the phone next to the counter to speak to a person. Robots were kinda useless as checking in can be done on the monitor screen in front of the robots. Just an interesting selling point of the hotel i guess. For quick checkin, do it online through the link they send you before you reach. Saw someone checking in manually through the robot counter and took him around 5-10mins :/ (plus he looked super frustrated typing in everything word by word on the monitor), whereas the online checkin took us 10s to get our key cards once we got there. The hotel is also super close to 2 trains stations, which was really convenient. About a 5min walk from exit B4 of daimon station (take the lift up as it's easier than all the escalators). Near exit B4, you'll see hamamatsucho station too. There's Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-11, all in less than 5 mins away. And a pharmacy near Family Mart if you need meds too. And you can see Tokyo tower anywhere along the streets. There's also washing machines and dryers on the first floor that only accept 100yen coins. You can head to the robot counter to exchange notes for coins, which was really useful. You can store your luggage on the 2nd floor foc before and after you check in. To store beyond that, you'll have to pay 1000 yen per night per luggage. Really fuss free and easy :)) highly recommend this hotel!!

The reason why I booked this hotel was because I arrived very late at night at the Haneda airport, and would not be able to go back home by train. So a hotel in Hamamatsucho - the final stop of the airport monorail made sense to me. I was a bit in doubt because the hotel name is "Hen-na hotel" - which means "Weird hotel" in Japanese - probably because it has creepy dummy robots at the reception instead of real people. But those robots are just dummy, they don't actually do anything, they just move their heads and mouths, like figures in a theme park to impress tourists. The actual check-in is a self check-in and you interact with a touch screen that has an English menu. Fortunately, the hotel is actually a "Benri-na hotel" - (convenient hotel), because of its great location, with monorail and subway lines very close, and also two convenience stores at a stone throw distance. The bedroom is clean, quiet and equipped with minibar, kettle, tv, wi-fi and even an automatic ironing machine (with instructions in Japanese)! For just one night, it was perfect.

I feel like it was the best choice for Tokyo/Minato. Location is just perfect, a few min walk to the train which will take you everywhere, including direct trip to the airport in 20 min. Very quiet area with lovely restaurants and cafes. (I recommend the small restaurant downstairs, great food and lovely friendly staff ❤️) Couldn't hear any external and internal noises. The check- in was very easy and fast, loved the cute robots ❤️🤖🎃 The staff is instantly available and very helpful if you call number in the lobby. Room was very small, which is normal in Tokyo, but ultra clean, well organized and it had fantastic LG styler steam closet. There's a space for luggage under the bed, super duper toilet and all necessary toiletries. Perfect for ppl who travel light, not with oversized suitcases. Bed was very comfy and large enough for 2 ppl. Had a great stay and highly recommend for an easy and perfectly located compact accomodation. Btw, if you travel to Japan and can't sleep on hard pillows, bring your own inflated pillow.

The property is clean and well maintained. We arrived at 6am and were able to leave our luggages before checking in. The location is only 4mins walk from the station and 30mins away from Haneda airport. It is also just 3 stops away from Tokyo station and doesn’t require you to switch trains to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. We also love that we didn’t have to carry our luggages up the station as Hamamatsucho station has a lift to the Monorail. It is also 2 mins walk from 7eleven and 3 mins walk to Family Mart. We are definitely going to stay here again when we return in Japan.

Booked a tower view room on the 13th floor. Definitely worth it for me as I booked a few months before. Room size for a solo traveller was workable. Very clean. Help yourself to some amenities at check-in. I loved the location. A 2 minute walk to plenty of restaurants, a 5 minute walk to JR Hamamatsucho stn and 1-2 minute walk for the metro. To get rid of the jet lag on the first night, I followed some of crowd and ended up at the foot of Tokyo Tower. Maybe 20 minutes all up? Plenty of convenience stores nearby too.
